Spiritual Practices

Spiritual practices are the regular or full-time performance of actions and activities undertaken for the purpose of cultivating spiritual development. These are conduits to connect us to God and to others.

Here are examples:

  • Praying the scriptures

  • Silence

  • Hiking

  • Prayer Walking

  • Urban Contemplative

  • Notice

  • Breathing Prayers

  • The Examine

  • Praying the hours

  • Journaling

  • Reconciliation

  • Repentance

  • Praying the Scriptures

  • Self-examination

  • Confession

  • Forgiveness

Let’s journey together. Let’s find ways to grow closer to each other,  to God, to our own personhood, and our surrounding.
